Fedora Workstation’s State of Gaming – A Case Study of Far Cry 5 (2018)

The article examines the gaming performance of Far Cry 5 on Fedora Workstation 35 and Windows 10 Pro 21H2. Fedora outperforms Windows with significantly higher framerates and lower resource usage. Possible reasons include efficient caching, open-source AMD drivers, and low system resource usage.
