What began as a simple video slicing and uploading task became a deep dive into Fedora Project's livestream workflow. Actions like untangling footages, creating thumbnails, fixing audio and updating documentation helped release Flock 2025 and 2026 sessions and improve the process for future events.

Departing From Flock To Fedora 2026

Departing from Flock 2026 - my journey home took me from Prague to Kolkata through Dubai, bringing frustrating airport hassles, short frantic layover, delayed baggage delivery, and extremely little sleep. Despite the agonizing setbacks, I returned with cherished memories and storytelling souvenirs.

Day Three of Flock To Fedora 2026 centered on event volunteering, community discussions, townhall sessions, contributor felicitations, and heartfelt farewells. With gratifying drinks and delicious cuisine to accompany the closing celebrations, I began preparing for the return journey back to India.

Day Two of Flock To Fedora 2026 featured keynotes, demonstrations, presentations and townhalls around governance, infrastructure, Hummingbird and the EU CRA policy. The eventful day ended with various meaningful conversations with contributors and delectable delicacies at the official Flock party.

Day One of Flock To Fedora 2026 revolved around leading workshops on Fedora Badges and Fedora Forge, running the Fedora Mentor Summit event, visiting AI and metrics sessions while working with the members, enjoying a team dinner and the International Candy Swap Event, before ending an eventful day.

After an arduous journey from Kolkata to Prague through Dubai - complete with an overnight layover, I reunited with my Fedora Project friends, prepared for the workshops on Fedora Forge and Fedora Badges, walked around the gardens and wrapped up the long activity before the Flock 2026 event began.
