Flock To Fedora 2025

After bidding farewell to Fabian Arrotin and David Kirwan, I set out to explore Prague by myself on June 9th, 2025 - managing to visit places like Prague Castle, Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square, and Museum of Communism, while collecting interesting souvenirs and enjoying memorable culture.

With the Fedora Friends Social Event canceled on June 8th 2025, I spent the day visiting places like the Film Legends Experience Museum and the National Technical Museum with Fabian, Greg, Michal, Yashwanth, Jonathan, and Sherif before sharing dinner with the friends at the Lemon Leaf restaurant.

Waking late on June 7th, 2025, I joined workshop sessions on Forgejo Dist Git Implementation by Tomas and Fedora Infra Applications by Aurelien, discussed identity management approaches and Fedora Badges' future, before dancing with Toshio and friends and shopping around Andel with Sumantro.

The second day of Flock To Fedora 2025 was packed with presentations, networking, volunteering and workshops. I attended and delivered some talks on June 6th 2025 before heading over to Flock To Fedora 2025 boatride where we graduated Matthew of his decade long service as the Fedora Project Leader.

Waking early on June 5th 2025, I delivered and participated in presentations on the first day of Flock To Fedora 2025 with community friends. While I missed out on the International Candy Swap and had to switch hotel rooms, I had loads of fun in Red Hat CLE team dinner and some late mall shopping.

Jetlagged and sleepless after an arduous journey, I caught up with a bunch of community friends while exploring Prague on June 4th 2025. After a visit to the Charles Bridge and a walk at the nearby biodiversity park, we had some Vietnamese dinner before gearing up for Flock To Fedora 2025 events.

On June 3rd 2025, we began our almost twenty-eight hours long onwards journey that took us from Kolkata to Prague through Dubai and Vienna. Despite tiredness, Sumantro and I were looking forward to participating in the Flock To Fedora 2025 conference and meeting our community friends in person.
